As a Registered Builder, Lachlan Heather is greatly experienced in the management of residential construction. He has built a strong team to support him through working as a Project Manager for a handful of Melbourne’s leading homebuilders. Highly sought after not only for his management and communication skills, but also for his efficient and honest approach to business. Lachlan has spent over 12 years educating himself in the field of real estate and construction and has been the leader in the steady growth of PHC. Lachlan’s trademark ‘no nonsense’ approach along with an eye for development has him fast becoming someone to admire in Melbourne’s property industry.
Luke Priestley

Luke’s enthusiasm and passion for construction and the outdoors are one of a kind. Entering the industry directly out of school, Luke holds over 20 years’ experience in building and construction. Drawing on his experience of running a long-standing family business in residential and commercial building, Luke has seamlessly taken the responsibilities of PHC into his stride. His qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety and teaching have given him the ability to empower those around him. Leading his close-knit team, Luke frequently achieves beyond expectations and is invested in creating safe and compliant homes for clients.
Hannah Macalister-Bills
Business Manager and BAL Practitioner
Being raised in a family of builders and real estate agents, Hannah naturally established a career in design and construction management. From working with some of Melbourne’s premier construction and real estate agencies to provide remarkable client experiences in various industries, Hannah possesses outstanding abilities in business development and public relations. Hannah enhances the PHC team in the development of the brand, processes and procedures, media platforms and generally drives the growth and connections within the industry.
Rob Melville
BAL Practitioner
Rob Melville joins the PHC team as an expert in fire safety and community relationships. As an East Gippsland local, Rob has thirty years’ experience in the CFA, as well extensive knowledge on local landscapes and fire behaviour. Becoming an accredited BAL Practitioner was a natural progression in Rob’s already community focussed resumé.
